d. Sun It Solutions does not review, monitor, or validate hosted content unless required for support, abuse handling, or legal compliance.
13. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

14. Service Performance & Uptime
a. Sun It Solutions aims to provide a high level of service reliability (standard hosting uptime target: 99.9%).
b. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, network outages, force majeure) are not counted as downtime.
c. Service credits, if offered, are the sole remedy for uptime-related issues.
15. Backups & Data Loss Protection
a. Backups are provided only if included in your hosting plan or purchased separately.
b. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless explicitly included.
c. Sun It Solutions is not liable for loss of files, data corruption, or backup failures.
d. If backups exist, restoration is not guaranteed and may be chargeable.
16. Billing, Suspension & Termination
a. Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension and eventual termination, including deletion of hosted data.
b. Services may also be suspended or terminated for:
